The Collings Family

We moved from Glen Allen and were really looking for a true neighborhood feel with amenities, good schools and just the right floor plan that worked with our family. We found that at Giles.  The location is perfect so that we feel close to everything we need without being in a congested area. The schools speak for themselves and being right across the street was a huge selling factor. We are in love with our home and everyday I tell my husband how much I love living here. We’ve not second guessed the decision to move and build here for one second! Our family is so excited for all of the future amenities, especially our daughter Vivian who is going to love having a pool within walking distance and also has plans to enjoy the walking trails once they have been completed. When we found out that this was an EastWest community, we got excited because we knew of their reputation for creating a beautiful aesthetic and in Giles you can see that with the HardiePlank siding and the beautiful landscaping. We can’t wait to watch our daughter grow up here in Giles.

The Mautte Family

When we came out to Giles the first time to meet with the sales team, we immediately fell in love with the community.  Driving through the neighborhood, it felt like home to us before our house was even built.  We loved the landscape and that so many trees would be preserved – it is almost impossible to find hundred year old trees in a new construction neighborhood.  My husband and I grew up in Hanover County but have been living in Midlothian, Virginia for the last several years. We knew we wanted to move back to Hanover to be close to our families and for the great school system, but the main reason for choosing Giles was the familiarity and reputation of the developer East West and the beautiful neighborhoods and amenities they offer.  We have three small boys who are incredibly excited about fishing in the two stocked ponds, riding bikes with friends on the nature trails, and especially the waterslide at the pool!  Walking or riding bikes through the neighborhood, you will find there is already a sense of community with neighbors chatting and children playing.  We love our new home and we so are excited to watch this community continue to grow.
